I created a series of athlete illustrations as part of MOCEAN's brand package for the NBC Sports' Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics. The art captured the action and energy of the Games with fluid brushstrokes, influenced by traditional Sumi brush style. This same energy was captured in the kanji-style lettering of the resulting logo design.
